Make a video when you open the gift wrapping of our product on the same day of delivery and send a picture to us on our whatsapp number, if you feel our product is defective or incomplete. Please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc or if the video is not being recorded while opening the product.
Customized items such as calendars and cinematic and many others, which are designed specifically for you, cannot be returned, unless there is transit damage or other defects.
In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.
Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.

Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.

Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless Here ur Gift is unable to fulfil the order in any way.

All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.
Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked.
We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get it delivered on the date and time requested. However, in certain cases, there could be delays.
